La Colmar is a bakery and bistro conceptualized by two immigrants.
Once from Colmar France, we all know him as Yannick.
And the other, the beating heart of La Colmar, is Ana, from the Dominican Republic.
Neither one of them is pretending to rethink or redesign the bakery concept rather preserve it in its grandeur.
The idea is to designate moments with your loved ones during the morning or day, to disconnect and indulge in culinary concepts curated with the finest ingredients and most importantly, Made With Love.
La Colmar may not be for everyone. And we are okay with that. We are not for the masses or commercialized concepts.
