And the other, the beating heart of La Colmar, is Ana, from the Dominican Republic.Neither one of them is pretending to rethink or redesign the bakery concept rather preserve it in its grandeur.The idea is to designate moments with your loved ones during the morning or day, to disconnect and indulge in culinary concepts curated with the finest ingredients and most importantly, Made With Love.
